  • Graphismes knitting kit in Leaf Palette Light

    Graphismes is designed by Alina Popovici from La Maille Aux Tableaux.

    You need approx. 630g of KOKON Merino (MC: 320 gr, CC1: 120 gr, CC2: 100 gr, CC3: 50 gr);

    Knitting Kit

    Kit includes 8 skeins of KOKON Merino, pattern PDF and Large Project Benefits.

    • 4 skeins MC Leaf Speckled Light;
    • 2 skeins CC1 Fog;
    • 1 skein CC2 Leaf;
    • 1 sein CC3 Night.
    • Pattern PDF in English.

    Large Project Benefits will automatically be applied in checkout.

    Naturally, you can also order your yarn separately. Please do so if you prefer to work with KOKON merino mini's.

    If you order yarn for Graphismes separately, just leave a message in your order comments, or send us an email, and we'll send you the pattern PDF separately.

    Please note that KOKON Merino is handdyed on a small scale, max 5 skeins per dyelot. There can be different shades between the skeins, or even within the same skein. Sometimes a dyelot turned out a bit darker, sometimes a bit lighter. This goes especially for the speckeled colourways.

    Other required materials, not included in the kit:

    • Knitting needles 3,0 mm (US 2,5) - or size required for gauge: garter stitch 24 stitches by 48 rows after non-aggressive blocking.
    • 80 cm circular for body;
    • DPNs or short circulars for sleeves;
    • Spare needle of comparable size for 3-needle bind off;
    • Waste yarn or extra cables;
    • Stitch markers, tapestry needle.

    About the pattern and design

    A garter stitch galore sweater. Relaxed, comfortable silhouette in a luxury fabric. One size fits most (most suitable for S to XL).

    Simple lines, boxy silhouette, asymmetry for an easy to wear pullover.

    Modular construction, from flat to circular and flat again. The construction starts with modular knitting, then the panels are joined for working in the round and separated again to form the armholes. The dropped shoulders are shaped with short rows.

    The sleeves are worked top down with picked up stitches around the armhole. Directions are provided for working them flat or in the round.

    The body and the sleeves lengths may be easily adjusted to match the wearer measures and taste.

    There is a lot of room for playing with colors. Knit yours and make it unique, versatile and artful.

    The pattern includes tips on various techniques. Find the video tutorials here.
