Feel the difference, make the difference

Shipping locally and internationally

Covid-19 update 12-05-2020

We have kept the shipping costs as low as possible for as long as possible. However, due to more complicated processing and delays, most couriers have increased their prices in the last weeks. Sometimes quite drastically (as in 2 times or even more!).

Now, I'm not doubling our shipping fees... But it is necessary to increase the price of shipping and the free shipping threshold.

I regret having to take this measure, I hope I can undo it soon.

Shipping

After we've received your payment, we'll ship your order as soon as possible.

We usually ship within 2 business days. Sometimes faster, sometimes it takes a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation via email once your order has shipped. (When your order includes a pre-order and other items, we will ship everything together as soon as your pre-order comes in.)

Within The Netherlands we use the courier services of PostNL. For small/light orders within Holland we use the regular Post service without tracking code.

For international shipping, we usually use PostNL as well. In that case, your parcel will be transferred to the local Postal service in the destination country. Sometimes we use a different courier, like DHL. You will always receive a tracking code for your parcel.

Your own local import duties and VAT may apply instead. This depends entirely on the laws and customs of the destination country.
